I'd love to pursue acting, but, let's face it, that's more impossible than my musical dreams. lol
I think I just want to become the math teacher I wanted to be before. =/
Food for today... breakfast was from school, an un-buttered biscuit with some weird ham and egg patty thing. For lunch I had a breaded chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato with tator tots and vanilla pudding on the side. Dinner was pancit with shrimp and boiled bacon. I had some snacks like 2 tamarino pulp packets which are like 50 calories each as well as 2 steak fingers.
By the way, I weight 240 lb currently. I didn't gain any major weight.
Good day today! I'll try to develop better habits as I go along.
- Starting weight: 245 lb
- Current weight: 241 lb
- Goal weight: 145 lb
- Pant size: 38 (not tight!) - 40
- Goal size: 32 - 34
- Burn 300 calories every day.
As for today...
Breakfast: 2 pigs in a blanket
Lunch: 1 cheeseburger (soy meat), 1.5 hash browns, 1 oz. apple cobbler
Dinner: 1/2 king crab, 1/3 cup ginataan spinach, 1 cup white rice

- Pant size: 38 (tight) - 40
- Goal size: 32- 34
Permanent Plans
- Completely eliminate beverages other than water from my regular diet.
- Walk to and from school as weather permits.
- Keep my caloric intake at or under 1,800 calories.
Short Term Plans
- Do an aerobic exercise at least 3 times per week.
- Do an anaerobic exercise at least 2 times per week.
If you observe my little profile picture, that's a good idea about how I look like... 60 pounds ago! So it's not like I didn't lose weight before. You can remember my miraculous accomplishment in going from weighing 225 pounds to 175 pounds and maaan that was the time of my life! But of course... you can't keep a fatty like me away from food.
So now, instead of fitting snugly into smalls and buying medium shirts from the stores, I make my way to the gigantic XL's which I so hatefully dread.
And it makes me cry. D:
So I started this blog, hopefully, so that I will keep losing weight and being healthy throughout my mind. Helping me is ATE APRIL who is awesome and will lose weight with me. Here are my goals:
- Weigh less than 175. Let's go for 145! =D
- Wear a pant size of 32-34 (currently, I am 38-40).
- Make it a point to do something active at least 3 times a week.
- Drink more water.
- Eat less food and control my cravings.
April is going to help me and make sure I don't stray from these goals. I'm not too big on the numbers (like my calories or whatever) but I'll try to keep all my health-related things as accurate as possible...
Starting tomorrow. Tonight... I'm eating lasagna. Mmmmmmm.
