I think stress really does cause people to gain weight, because I think I was 250 on the scale like yesterday and that isn&amp;#39;t good at all. Like not at all. It&amp;#39;s retarded. I can&amp;#39;t even get on the scale it just makes me that much sadder and more depressed and just...             <description>    &lt;p&gt;Generally bad day yesterday. I don&amp;#39;t want to talk about it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Oh, and my scale gives me false hope. It&amp;#39;s not possible that I go all the way back up to 244. &amp;gt;&amp;gt; At one point it also said that I was 250! What the fuck??? Broken... I could not have gained 7 pounds in a day...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Breakfast:&lt;/strong&gt; 1.5 pancakes, 5 tbsp Karo brand syrup, .5 small sausage patty&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lunch: &lt;/strong&gt;personal Caesar&amp;#39;s pizza, 1 oz. original Lay&amp;#39;s potato chips&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dinner: &lt;/strong&gt;5 tamales&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Wtf: &lt;/strong&gt;some ice cream, 10 cookies, a cup of milk&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;

Ok ok ok I&amp;#39;m a baaad boy. I did bad today. Really bad. :( But I looked at some pictures of myself when I was skinny to make me motivated. Maaan I miss looking good. Today I ate a lot because my stomach was killing me, but I found out that it was a side-effect from the pain killers I&amp;#39;m taking for my gums. I guess I&amp;#39;ll have to cut down on one of the pills.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Breakfast (school): &lt;/strong&gt;a un-buttered biscuit, half a peach, 2 small sausage patties&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lunch (school):&lt;/strong&gt; half a cup of toss-salad, chicken burger, 8 tator tots&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Snack (tummy owwww): &lt;/strong&gt;cheetos :x, 4 cookies, diet orange soda (oh no!!!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dinne&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;r:&lt;/strong&gt; half a cup of rice, not-so-greasy picadillo&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So this is mainly what this journal is for, right? To realize how bad you did and do better tomorrow.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I didn&amp;#39;t find the time to play DDR today. OMG I MUST GET SKINNY.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Think skinnyyyy.
