        <p>I don&#39;t know. I think stress really does cause people to gain weight, because I think I was 250 on the scale like yesterday and that isn&#39;t good at all. Like not at all.         <p>Generally bad day yesterday. I don&#39;t want to talk about it.</p><p>Oh, and my scale gives me false hope. It&#39;s not possible that I go all the way back up to 244. &gt;&gt; At one point it also said that I was 250! What the fuck??? Broken... I could not have gained 7 pounds in a day...</p><p><strong>Breakfast:</strong> 1.5 pancakes, 5 tbsp Karo brand syrup, .5 small sausage patty<br /><strong>Lunch: </strong>personal Caesar&#39;s pizza, 1 oz. original Lay&#39;s potato chips<br /><strong>Dinner: </strong>5 tamales<br /><strong>Wtf: </strong>some ice cream, 10 cookies, a cup of milk<br /> </p>   <p style="clear:both;">

Ok ok ok I&#39;m a baaad boy. I did bad today. Really bad. :( But I looked at some pictures of myself when I was skinny to make me motivated. Maaan I miss looking good. Today I ate a lot because my stomach was killing me, but I found out that it was a side-effect from the pain killers I&#39;m taking for my gums. I guess I&#39;ll have to cut down on one of the pills.</p><p><strong>Breakfast (school): </strong>a un-buttered biscuit, half a peach, 2 small sausage patties<br /><strong>Lunch (school):</strong> half a cup of toss-salad, chicken burger, 8 tator tots<br /><strong>Snack (tummy owwww): </strong>cheetos :x, 4 cookies, diet orange soda (oh no!!!)<br /><strong>Dinne</strong><strong>r:</strong> half a cup of rice, not-so-greasy picadillo</p><p>So this is mainly what this journal is for, right? To realize how bad you did and do better tomorrow.</p><p>I didn&#39;t find the time to play DDR today. OMG I MUST GET SKINNY.</p><p>Think skinnyyyy. REMEMBER HOW GOOD YOU FELT, OK BRIAN???</p>
